Serving Those in Crisis

When you arrive you’ll be met by our caring staff who will evaluate your immediate needs. Additionally, we provide a brief nursing assessment to assess if additional medical care is needed. During your stay, our trained staff will guide you through your behavioral health crisis, help you achieve stability, and create a recovery plan.

Services We Provide

  • Food, shelter, and support in a nurturing, trauma-focused environment
  • Mental health, medical, and substance abuse screenings
  • Crisis stabilization and de-escalation for mental health and substance abuse crisis, including individual crisis counseling
  • Advocacy and support from Peer Support Specialists. These are people who understand what you’re going through because they have also dealt with mental illness and/or substance abuse in their own life experiences. Peers will engage and support you throughout your stay to help you feel comfortable and identify what you need to be safe and healthy
  • Psycho-educational, skill building, and prevention for you and your family
  • A treatment plan at discharge that focuses on your unique needs and circumstances
  • You don’t need a referral from a doctor or a court, you can just walk in and you will be welcomed.
  • You won’t be turned away without talking to someone who will do an assessment to see what’s going on and how you’re doing.
  • If you are depressed, suicidal, experiencing domestic violence or abuse, homeless and have no where to go, are struggling with drugs and can’t seem to stop, or you are just angry and your life is upside down, YOU ARE WELCOME HERE! 

Stays can be as short as a couple of hours or as long as 23 hours and 59 minutes.
At the end of your stay, the clinical team will assess you to ensure you’re safe to be discharged.
